Wheel Loader Operator

Wheel Loader:

Skillfully maneuver the wheel loader to scoop, lift and transport materials to designated areas. Accurately position the bucket to load trucks, stockpile materials, or fill excavations. Adjust bucket angle and position to efficiently handle different types of materials.

Pre-shift Inspections and Maintenance:

Conduct through pre-shift inspections of the wheel loader, checking fluid levels, tire pressure, lights and operational functionality. Perform basic maintenance tasks like greasing, lubricating, and cleaning the machine. Report any malfunctions or necessary repairs to maintenance personnel.

Safety Procedures:

Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures while operating the wheel loader. Maintain awareness of surrounding work areas and other personnel on site. Signal intentions clearly when maneuvering the loader. Maintain a clean working environment inside the loader along with the area you are working in. Maintain a slow and steady speed while operating the wheel loader.

Site Coordination:

Communicate effectively with other team members including truck drivers, to ensure smooth loading. Follow instructions from supervisors regarding material placement and work priorities. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation. Familiarity with materials handling techniques to ensure safe transport of goods. Excellent attention to detail.
