Warehouse Associate - Full Time

R&R Solutions is hiring a Full-Time Warehouse Associate for our Noel, MO facility. We offer a stable daytime schedule with a consistent starting wage and a comprehensive benefits package. In this role, you will handle standard distribution operations alongside specialized technical tasks, such as disassembling electronic units and logging inventory into our tracking system. Key Responsibilities Material Handling:

Receive, sort, put away, load, and unload products.

Order Prep:

Prepare and pack orders accurately, inspecting products for defects or damage.

Equipment Operation :

Move inventory safely throughout the warehouse using dollies, pallet jacks, and forklifts.

Technical Logging:

Disassemble self-checkout machinery and accurately document components in our XPM inventory system.

SafetyOrganization:

Maintain a clean, organized workspace and strictly adhere to all warehouse safety protocols.

QualificationsSkills Education:

High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Experience:

Prior warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience preferred.

Certifications:

Forklift or heavy machinery certification is a plus (onsite training available).

Physical Requirements:

Ability to consistently lift, push, and move up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.

Computer Skills:

Basic proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, and inventory tracking software.

Strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and the ability to communicate effectively within a team environment. Who is R&R?
