General Laborer Penmac Staffing is hiring a full-time General Laborer for a local manufacturing facility. This temp-to-hire opportunity is a great fit for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, supporting production operations, and working as part of a team. The General Laborer plays an important role in keeping production running efficiently and safely. Schedule & Pay Full-time, Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Mandatory overtime and Saturdays as needed Overtime hours may start as early as 6:00 AM and run until 4:30 PM Starting pay: $15.00 per hour General Laborer Responsibilities Assist with basic production and assembly tasks Support machine operators with material handling and setup Load and unload raw materials, parts, and finished products Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Perform basic quality checks on finished products Record production information in logs when required Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Work with team members to meet daily production goals Requirements for the General Laborer High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment Strong attention to detail Basic math and problem-solving skills Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required Willingness to work overtime when needed Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check and drug screen Apply online today or contact your local Penmac Staffing branch for more information.
