Warehouse Associate

Job Summary We are a wholesale distribution company seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, supporting daily order fulfillment and warehouse operations. We're a small, team-focused environment where consistency, communication, and a positive attitude go a long way. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Receive and inspect incoming shipments Organize and stock inventory accurately Repackaging and labeling inventory parts Assist with general warehouse upkeep and cleanliness Follow established processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency What This Looks Like Day-to-Day You'll have clear direction on priorities throughout the day You'll work both independently and as part of a small team You'll stay active—this is a physical role with lifting, walking, and standing You'll help keep things running smoothly and on schedule We're Looking for Someone With... Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to stay on task and work efficiently without constant supervision Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Comfortable taking direction and adapting to shifting priorities Reliability and consistency Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience Forklift or pallet jack experience Helpful Skills Proven experience in warehouse distribution, inventory management, or related roles with warehouse experience preferred Ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, cranes, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment safely and effectively Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of packaging techniques and materials handling best practices Familiarity with OSHA safety standards for warehouse operations and heavy equipment operation Excellent organizational skills with the ability to perform stock stocking, order picking & packing accurately under time constraints Previous experience in shipping & receiving or order fulfillment roles is highly desirable About Shake This Initially in 1996, Shake This was created as a profit center for our own health clubs. Our goal was to create a social environment centered around a shake bar. We knew if we wanted to make money our shakes needed to taste great and be something members would rave about and purchase repeatedly. We spent years perfecting recipes, menus and ingredients to ensure the best tasting protein shakes available. It wasn't very long before members, gym owners and equipment reps noticed that our shake bar was a hit and they wanted to know more. Today we are shipping over 500,000 lbs of protein per year and providing a full line of nutritional supplements to over 350 locations across the US.

Pay:

$17.00 - $17.50 per hour
