  • Integrity The Warehouse & Field Support Technician is responsible for the overall success of material procurement, subcontractor provisioning, inventory management and warehouse operations.
This role is instrumental in ensuring material is procured, stored and distributed in timely and efficient manner, and is responsible for making recommendations to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations. This role is focused on providing our customers an exemplary level of service by exhibiting a high-level of professionalism while adhering to workplace health and safety requirements in all tasks. The Warehouse & Field Support Technician is also responsible for understanding and maintaining processes and procedures that will drive profitability and enhance company margins. Essential Job Functions
  • Assure on time availability of material required to execute project installations.
  • Manage the receiving and delivery of raw materials/finished products in a timely manner.
  • Utilize docks, warehouse layout, and truck loading patterns that minimize loading time.
  • Ensure optimal inventory of goods and materials are maintained to fulfill daily needs.
  • Provide timely service to infrastructure team while minimizing warehouse and production costs.
  • Perform pre-assembly of systems as appropriate to reduce field time on site.
  • Solve day-to-day material management operational issues and reach short
  • and long-term performance goals including communicating and collaborating cross-functionally to solve issues.
  • Maintain all housekeeping and safety standards and training relative to warehouse operations.
  • Identify and execute productivity opportunities to help facility meet annual operating plan.
  • Administer policies and procedures.
  • Assure vehicle fleet is properly maintained through either self-maintenance and/or outsourced shop maintenance.
  • Regular and predictable attendance at the work site.
  • Other duties as assigned. Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 2+ years of warehouse, supply chain, logistics or equivalent experience required.
  • Demonstrated execution, planning and organization skills.
  • A creative and innovative problem solver for successful resolution of supply chain issues, while developing/improving processes in the logistics area.
  • Strong oral and written communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to quickly build rapport with customers, vendors and internal business partners. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Proven track record of taking initiative in creative ways with a sense of urgency and assertiveness, while successfully understanding and following direction.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks while rationally considering the outcomes of key decisions. Experience using technology to perform daily tasks, including strong familiarity with MS Office applications, web navigation & basic hardware. Take ownership of any challenges or opportunities and seeing them through to a successful outcome.
  • College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

The employee must regularly be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
