Schedule Full-time position Monday through Friday Additional hours or occasional weekend work may be required during peak operational periods What You'll Do Warehouse Associates support daily warehouse operations by performing a variety of essential tasks to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities include:

Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments Package, label, stack, and palletize materials Assist with box making, palletizing, and cross-docking activities Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Follow company safety procedures and quality standards Perform other warehouse duties as assigned What We're Looking For Reliable team members with strong attendance and work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and perform a variety of warehouse tasks Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions One to two years of warehouse experience preferred, but not required Physical Requirements Regularly required to stand and walk throughout the shift Frequently required to use hands and finger dexterity Occasionally required to bend, stoop, kneel, or climb Ability to lift, push, or carry items up to 50 pounds Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and dollies Why Join We Ship Express Stable, full-time Monday-Friday schedule Growing company with expanding nationwide operations Team-oriented work environment Opportunity to build skills in warehouse operations

Pay:
