Company Overview Wholesale Plumbing Supply is a growing company that is locally owned and operated and has been in business for over 65 years. Overview We are seeking an Entry Level Warehouse Management Associate to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to develop skills in warehouse operations, inventory, and logistics management. The successful candidate will support daily warehouse functions, contribute to process improvements, and ensure efficient distribution of products. This position is ideal for individuals eager to grow within a fast-paced environment. Duties Support warehouse distribution activities by preparing shipments, organizing materials handling, and ensuring timely shipping and receiving Help to optimize warehouse workflows and oversee warehouse staff and drivers Operate forklifts and other mechanical equipment safely to move materials within the warehouse Assist in maintaining warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety General warehouse duties While the position is based out of our St Charles location you will be working at our other Wholesale Plumbing Supply locations at times to fill in. You will need to be willing drive providing your own transportation to our other locations that are within a 45 mile radius from St Charles. Full-time position M-F Qualifications Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Effective communication skills to work as a team Dependable, detail oriented and attention to accuracy Computer knowledge We welcome motivated candidates eager to build a career in warehousing and distribution within a supportive growing company environment.
