The Role As a Warehouse Tech II, you will lead and execute advanced inventory, distribution, packaging, receiving, and quality assurance tasks within the Mobile Services Team. This position requires an individual with proven warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to take initiative and support team operations in a fast-paced environment. What You Will Own Dependable attendance, punctuality, and full ownership of assigned tasks from start to finish Proactive communication around workflow issues, concerns, and ideas for improvement Receive products, packaging, and other materials from vendors accurately and without damage, following all required procedures Ability to shift priorities quickly and stay effective as tasks and conditions change throughout the shift Careful handling and inspection of every device to maintain accuracy and quality standards Ability to stay on your feet and remain active and productive throughout a full 8 to 10-hour shift Perform quality checks by visually and manually inspecting the product Place the device and all required parts into the packaging Identify and label product packaging for processing into inventory Complete product labels accurately while managing multiple prod Sort and deliver products to the workstations and conduct inter-department transfers of product Receive defective and/or damaged products, inspect, and assign the appropriate defect/issue Maintain product staging areas in an orderly fashion Perform other duties as assigned, including moving of material as needed Must demonstrate an engaged, self‑directed, and collaborative mindset, with strong focus, critical thinking skills, and professional integrity What You Need High school diploma or GED, Associates Degree or higher is preferred A positive, team-first attitude with zero tolerance for gossip, negativity, or disruptive behavior Spanish speaker or bilingual preferred What We Are Looking For Adequate computer and data entry skills 2+ years of verified working experience with inventory control, cycle counting, etc. 2+ years of verified experience within a distribution, warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial services environment Ability to walk, sit, and/or stand throughout an 8 to 10-hour shift Excellent manual dexterity and hand speed High attention to detail Ability to work independently and in a team environment Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience with small electronic parts/equipment (preferred) The Bottom Line This is a senior hands-on role at a company that moves fast and builds things that last.
