Day Shift Only (12-hour shifts) - must be available for weekends

Future openings (not an immediate hire) Job Summary We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Packaging / Line Workers to support high-speed manufacturing and production operations. This role involves working on automated and manual packaging lines to ensure products are properly packed, labeled, and prepared for distribution while maintaining strict quality and safety standards. This position is for upcoming opportunities and is not an immediate hire. K ey Responsibilities Operate, monitor, and support high-speed production and packaging equipment Package finished goods according to specifications (labeling, boxing, palletizing) Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality and consistency Load and unload materials onto production lines Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all safety procedures, policies, and PPE requirements Assist with basic machine operation, troubleshooting, and changeovers Meet daily production goals while working efficiently as part of a team Report equipment issues, defects, or safety concerns to supervisors Requirements Must have steel toe shoes Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred Ability to work day shift 12-hour schedules , including weekends Ability to stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks (bend, stoop, reach) Comfortable working around machinery and automated systems Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Work Environment Manufacturing and production facility setting Exposure to moving machinery, noise, and varying temperatures Team-oriented, safety-focused environment with emphasis on productivity and quality Additional Information This is not an immediate hire; candidates will be considered for future openings as positions become available Opportunities for advancement into skilled manufacturing or technical roles may be available over time #ILN123
