Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. This role involves working with various tools and equipment, including hand tools and power tools, to assist in the tear out and preparation of a job. The Laborer will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within the warehouse and construction areas. Responsibilities Operate forklifts and other machinery safely and efficiently as needed. Fabricate components according to specifications, utilizing hand tools and power tools. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Perform routine maintenance on equipment as required. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or warehouse environment is preferred. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and machinery such as forklifts. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance during assembly processes. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks as needed. Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects when necessary.
