$21.40/hr Job Summary We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to join our team in a recycling-focused mill environment. This role supports daily manufacturing and recycling operations, including sorting, inspection, and light assembly tasks. Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial or warehouse setting. Key Responsibilities Sort and inspect recyclable materials and products for quality and accuracy Perform basic assembly of smaller products and components Assist with general production and recycling operations Safely use basic hand tools as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members Requirements Ability to work in a manufacturing or warehouse environment Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Basic mechanical aptitude or experience with hand tools is a plus Previous experience in recycling, manufacturing, or warehouse work preferred but not required Work Environment Industrial / warehouse setting Exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and moving equipment Safety equipment may be required If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
