We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Warehouse Team Member to join our team in Springfield, MO. This position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying organized, and being part of a team that takes pride in quality craftsmanship.
Responsibilities include:
Loading and unloading trucks, ensuring tools and materials are ready for crews Packing out jobs Keeping warehouse organized and maintaining inventory Performing basic equipment and tool maintenance Following all safety procedures and company policies
Requirements:
Valid driver's license (Class E required) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions Construction experience a plus, but not required - we will train the right person Strong work ethic, dependability, and willingness to learn
