Job Description

Warehouse Associate NOA Medical Industries, a recognized leader in the development and manufacture of high quality, fully adjustable, electric high/low bed systems and sleep safety accessories for the long-term care and hospital markets located at 801 Terry Lane in Washington, MO, is seeking to fill positions in our warehouse.   • 2:30 pm 8 hours per day Two 10 minute break and 30 minute lunch break Must be able to lift to 50 lbs.

Position Summary:
The Warehouse Associate will perform several duties within the warehouse including assembling our products and shipping. The ability to use hand tools and mechanical equipment is beneficial in this role and knowledge of safety procedures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Other duties may be assigned. Rotate through multiple stations on a shift to ensure maximum alertness and preparation Read blueprints and verify the parts required prior to assembly Double-check connections to ensure they match and report any discrepancies to supervisor Inform supervisors of any part or equipment defects to ensure prompt response to the problem Familiarize yourself with the tools, instrumentation, and calibration equipment Communicate with other stations on the assembly line to ensure maximum speed and accuracy Maintain and service all equipment when necessary Conserve resources and supplies to facilitate minimum waste Assemble components accurately, thoroughly, and quickly to approved specifications Operates hand trucks, forklifts and other warehouse equipment Track inventory and report any shortages to Assembly Supervisor Follow written or oral instructions regarding daily tasks and job duties Assist with inventory as needed Quality

  • inspection of work areas and methods to ensure company guide lines are met Maintain a clean and safe work area and update supplies as needed Take direction from the Assembly Supervisor and Welding Supervisor Other duties as assigned
