Whether you're loading trailers, picking orders, or leading associates, you'll work in a fast-paced, multi-temperature environment, focused on accuracy, teamwork, and safety. Your efforts keep our supply chain flowing smoothly — from receiving goods, staging inventory, to shipping orders out on time. Responsibilities Responsible for order selection by route and stop across all three temperature zones: frozen, chilled, and ambient environments (-5°F to 38°F). Performs picking, packing, and audit duties to ensure accurate order fulfillment. Reads labels and counts product quantities to maintain inventory and order accuracy. Operates material handling equipment, including electric pallet jacks and ride-on electric pallet jacks. Maintains high standards of accuracy, productivity, and efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Keeps work areas clean, organized, and safe at all times. Adheres to strict attendance and workplace policies. Completes company-provided training on warehouse equipment and operational procedures. No experience

Needed:

Use forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other equipment to move materials and products within the warehouse or facility. Compliance with safety regulations and equipment guidelines. Ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve team goals.
