Job Description

Join a fast-paced automotive team and get hands-on experience while learning multiple skills! Available Shifts 2nd
Shift:
Monday-Friday, 2:45 PM•10:45 PM (mandatory weekend OT)•Valid Missouri driver's license required 3rd
Shift:
Sunday-Thursday, 10:45 PM•6:45 AM (mandatory OT)•Valid Missouri driver's license required Cross training, overtime, and weekend work mean you'll learn more and earn more! What You'll Be Doing As a Production Associate, you'll be trained across a variety of positions and placed where you fit best.
Tasks may include:
Truck Washing:
Stepping in and out of truck beds while cleaning vehicles
Wiring:
Applying wire tape along vehicle exteriors
Bridging:
Placing masking tape along vehicle surfaces
Detailing:
Cleaning and prepping vehicles Rotating through roles to build experience across the operation What You Bring to the Table Willingness to learn in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Valid Missouri driver's license (2nd & 3rd shifts) Ability to stand for the entire shift and move in/out of vehicles What You Can Expect Cross training on multiple positions Opportunities for overtime and weekend work Placement based on performance and fit Hands-on experience in the automotive industry Physical Requirements Ability to stand for the full shift Comfortable moving in and out of vehicles multiple times per shift Able to handle a physically active role throughout the day COM092 Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
