Full Time/Seasonal (Summer)

Starting Rate:

$20 per hour (training rate)

Position Shift:

Monday-Friday, 11:00am-7:30pm

Competitive Pay:

Start at a training rate of $20/hr. After 5 weeks of training, you will move onto a performance plan with the opportunity to earn $23+/hr based on performance.

What You Will Do:

Put Away with

Accuracy:

Move product from receiving carts into the correct storage locations using a tablet and scanner.

Stock Shelves Safely:

Offload items onto shelves in a safe and efficient manner.

Protect Speed Downstream:

Work accurately so picking and shipping are not delayed and teammates can quickly locate items for neighbors orders.

Keep Locations Organized:

Maintain clean, organized locations while you work so the warehouse stays easy to navigate. Support the

You:

Comfort with

Tech:

Basic understanding of tablets and RF scanners.

Physical Ability:

Ability to safely lift items up to 60 lbs and stay active on your feet for extended periods.

Accuracy Mindset:

Basic math skills (counting, remembering numbers, verifying) and keen attention to detail.

Right Tempo:

Sense of urgency, self-motivated, and able to use common sense to follow written or verbal instructions.

Education/Experience:
