Cleveland MS Job Description We are seeking a Material Handler I to safely and efficiently handle and move parts. The successful candidate will perform various hands-on tasks in a clean room environment, ensuring quality and following all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). Responsibilities Handle and move parts in a safe and efficient manner. Perform quality checks/inspections and document as required. Assist with in-production batch changeovers and line clearances. Perform set-up and break-down functions as needed. Rotate among various assigned tasks within the department. Perform custodial and general housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean workspace. Complete any duties unique to the assigned department. Sustain a clean and safe work area using 6S principles. Notify supervisor and take action for any safety, quality, mechanical, or discrepancy issues. Work in a clean room environment. Work overtime as required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Willing to work a flexible schedule and overtime. Quick to learn, understand, and apply strict quality standards and SOPs. Ability to execute duties in compliance with cGMP. Good attention to detail and communication skills. Physical Requirements Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repetitively. Ability to lift 3 lbs above shoulder height repetitively. Able to stand, bend, and move for extended periods. Capable of climbing over ladders. Required Education & Experience High School Diploma or equivalent.
