PM Note:

Positions require mandatory overtime , including working 6-7 days per week . Overtime may occur during weekdays in addition to weekends. Job Responsibilities Perform manufacturing processes for the production of plastic pour bottles. Perform and properly document line clearances. Verify correctness of materials before production. Load empty gaylords onto the production line for filling. Pack plastic pour bottles into gaylords, cover containers, and ensure proper product labeling. Inspect bottle and gasket assemblies for quality compliance. Report abnormalities and corrective actions to shift leader or supervision. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and Lean manufacturing exercises. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Ability to read and understand specifications and operating procedures. Complete documentation accurately and legibly according to procedures. Comply with audiometric testing and hearing protection requirements. Learn, understand, and apply rigorous quality standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). Notify supervisors and take appropriate action regarding safety, quality, mechanical, or discrepancy issues. Maintain a clean and safe work environment using 6S principles . Physical Requirements Ability to bend, stoop, and climb ladders. Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds . Ability to lift objects above shoulder level. Required Education & Experience High School Diploma required. Additional technical training or manufacturing experience is a plus. Basic mathematical and computer skills required.
