Warehouse Fulfillment Associate —

Picking, Bundling & Live Shipping Pay:

Full-time | In-person What This Job Actually Is This is a picking, bundling, and shipping role. When our livestreams run, orders come in fast — your job is to pull the right items, bundle and pack them accurately, and get them shipped during and after the show. Speed matters.

Accuracy matters more:

every order you pack is a real customer, and a wrong item means a return, a refund, and a frustrated buyer. We're a fast-growing e-commerce and livestream retail company. The warehouse is the engine — if orders don't go out clean and on time, nothing else works. What You'll Do Every Day Pick orders accurately against the order list — right item, right size, right quantity Bundle and pack orders cleanly and securely for shipping Ship orders during and after livestreams, keeping pace with show volume Prep and merchandise product before each stream so it's ready to sell Keep your station and the warehouse organized, stocked, and clean Jump into other fulfillment tasks as volume and priorities shift What We're Looking For — Read This Carefully We're being direct so you can decide if this is for you before you apply. You'll do well here if you: Show up on time, every shift, ready to work. This is non-negotiable. Own your work. You catch your own mistakes and fix them — you don't pass them off. Move with urgency. When orders stack up, you push through; you don't slow down. Stay accurate under pressure. Fast and right, not one or the other. Take initiative. You see what needs doing and do it without being told twice. This job is not for you if you: Show up late or call out frequently Need constant reminders to stay on task Treat it as "just a shift" instead of a place to grow Get sloppy when things get busy We mean this. Requirements Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stay on your feet for long periods Basic reading, counting, and attention to detail Comfort following a digital order list (or willingness to learn fast) Flexibility on hours — some shows run late, others start mid-day Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic Warehouse, fulfillment, or e-commerce experience is a plus, not required Why People Stay Real room to grow.
