Warehouse Associate II - Shipping Parker Hannifin Corporation $16.80 - $23.69 / hr United States, Mississippi, Holly Springs 805 West Street (Show on map) Apr 29, 2026 Position Summary Job Purpose Statement The prime function of this position is to provide support to the supply chain through collecting, loading, shipping, and receiving warehouse products. Responsible for operating technical equipment, optimizing loading for efficient logistics and supporting other warehouse functions to ensure optimal operation of the business.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

include the following: Support and adhere to Parker's Code of Ethics, policies, and procedures and observe housekeeping guidelines. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed. Essential Functions Transporting materials to different locations within the facility. Loading, unloading, shipping, and receiving warehouse items. Optimizing loads to ensure operational efficiency. Managing inventory by utilizing RF scanning equipment. Printing and applying shipping labels. Properly handle material within company protocol. Mark pallets as required for identification. Responsible for housekeeping and organization standards in assigned areas of warehouse. Adhering to safety management standards. Identifying workplace safety hazards. Follow set priorities throughout shift. Perform weekly forklift safety verification. Inspecting for damages, shortages, and reporting quality deficiencies. Responsible for constant training. Other duties as assigned.
