MGI Inc. specializes in Medical Gas Installations and serves customers across the country. MGI is looking for a general laborer that is hard working and responsible. This position will have you traveling throughout the U.S. assisting in the installation of medical gas piping and equipment. Must be willing to travel. Visit www.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Site Preparation and Maintenance Clearing and preparing job sites before construction begins. 2. Assisting Skilled Trades Supporting plumbers by handing tools, holding materials, or prepping areas. 3. Material Handling and Inventory Transporting and organizing building materials such as piping and medical equipment. Tracking and reporting supply levels to site supervisors or foremen. 4. Safety and Compliance Following OSHA safety guidelines and infection control protocols. Using personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriately. 5. Infection Control and Cleanliness Assisting with daily clean-up to prevent cross-contamination in healthcare settings. Using proper disposal methods for waste and potentially hazardous materials. 6. Communication and Reporting Reporting unsafe conditions or incidents to supervisors. Coordinating with site supervisors and other trades to ensure workflow efficiency. Understanding and following instructions from project managers or superintendents. 7. Demolition and Removal Removing debris and ensuring proper disposal of materials in compliance with healthcare regulations. Loading and unloading construction materials. Ensuring the worksite is clean, organized, and free of hazards, especially in active healthcare facilities. 8. Hot work Providing fire watch after hot work is performed.
