Lead Material Handler:

The AMT Team Lead is responsible for overseeing cross-dock shipping and material flow operations during their assigned shift. This role acts as a working leader, ensuring that daily shipments are executed accurately, safely, and on time. Additionally, the Team Lead supports team members, supervisors, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensuring shipment completion in a dynamic and changing environment. Communication with Central Planning. Planning logistics Communicating with the Planning team on part shortages, reporting safety incidents, or quality concerns Quarterly workshops, Leadership training, and must be willing to learn or operate the yard truck

Experience :

5 Years of manufacturing experience 5 years of leadership experience Supervisors experience managing up to 5 people 5 years forklift expereince
