Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Warehouse Worker to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure efficient inventory management, and lead a team of warehouse staff. In this role, you will coordinate warehouse distribution activities, implement process improvements, and uphold safety standards. Your leadership will drive productivity, accuracy, and safety across all warehouse functions, supporting our commitment to timely order fulfillment and exceptional logistics performance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence warehouse operations while fostering a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, materials handling, and inventory control Lead and manage a team of warehouse workers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback Oversee inventory management processes using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms to ensure accuracy and accountability Implement process improvements to optimize workflow efficiency and reduce errors in warehouse distribution Operate forklifts and other mechanical equipment safely for heavy lifting and materials handling tasks Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and maintain a safe working environment for all team members Collaborate with logistics partners, including third-party logistics providers (3PL), to streamline shipping & receiving operations Conduct regular audits of inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and enforce inventory control measures Support the development of warehouse management strategies aligned with company goals in e-commerce fulfillment and supply chain excellence Requirements Proven experience in warehouse management or as a warehouse supervisor with strong leadership skills Extensive knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and warehouse distribution processes Hands-on experience operating forklifts and mechanical equipment; forklift certification preferred Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), AS400, and other inventory control software Strong understanding of materials handling techniques, heavy lifting safety procedures, and OSHA regulations Mechanical knowledge related to warehouse equipment maintenance and troubleshooting is a plus Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster a positive work environment Prior experience in e-commerce warehouses or 3PL environments highly desirable Ability to adapt quickly to process improvements and implement new procedures effectively Join us as a Lead Warehouse Worker to be at the forefront of efficient logistics operations! Pay:
$18.00 - $25.15 per hour
