$20.50/HR + Overtime Opportunities, Ready to start ASAP Join a Growing Distribution Center Team We are seeking experienced Warehouse Associates & Forklift Operators to support distribution center operations in Olive Branch, MS. This role is ideal for candidates with recent experience operating Forklifts, Reach Trucks, Cherry Pickers, Dock Stockers, Electric Pallet Jacks, and other warehouse equipment in a fast-paced distribution environment. The ideal candidate will have strong equipment operation skills, pick, pack, and ship experience, a commitment to workplace safety, and the ability to work independently while contributing to overall team success. Responsibilities Equipment Operation Safely operate Forklifts, Reach Trucks, Cherry Pickers, Dock Stockers, Electric Pallet Jacks, and other warehouse equipment Perform equipment inspections before and after operation Conduct basic equipment checks and report maintenance concerns Work comfortably at elevated heights while operating Cherry Pickers Warehouse Operations Perform picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory movement activities Utilize RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Move, stage, store, and distribute materials throughout the facility Support inventory accuracy and product organization Complete warehouse clerk functions including documentation, reporting, and data entry as needed Safety & Quality Follow all safety procedures, policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area Identify and report damaged products, inventory discrepancies, safety concerns, and equipment issues Participate in safety meetings and continuous improvement initiatives Leadership & Teamwork Assist in training and mentoring less experienced warehouse associates Share operational knowledge and best practices Support process improvement efforts to increase efficiency and productivity Qualifications Required Minimum 1 year of warehouse or distribution center experience Experience operating Forklifts, Reach Trucks, and Cherry Pickers Experience with pick, pack, and ship operations Experience using RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Strong attendance and reliability record Ability to work independently and maintain accountability Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment Preferred Previous or current Forklift Certification Dock Stocker experience Electric Pallet Jack experience Reach Truck or Cherry Picker certification Previous experience training or mentoring team members Basic Microsoft Office and computer skills Physical Requirements Ability to lift 30+ pounds Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying throughout the shift Comfortable working at elevated heights Ability to work in a distribution center environment for the duration of the shift Additional Employment Requirements Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background check Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening Proof of current valid U.S. Citizenship, Permanent Residency, or U.S. Person eligibility to work in the United States is required upon hire Candidates must have reliable transportation and dependable attendance Candidates who are available to start ASAP while completing the onboarding process are strongly encouraged to apply Why Apply? ✅ Stable Monday-Friday Schedule ✅ Competitive Pay - $20.50/HR ✅ Overtime Opportunities Available ✅ Career Growth Potential ✅ Team-Oriented Work Environment ✅ Modern Distribution Center Facility Apply Today If you have warehouse equipment experience and are looking for a stable career opportunity with growth potential, apply today and join our Olive Branch distribution team.
