The SBC Packing-Blending Technician is responsible for SBC Packing and Blending, operating process equipment, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of machinery & equipment. The candidate must have knowledge of general safety procedures and be able tomunicate effectively with team members. This position is expected to uphold andply with all Standard Operating Procedures, corporate and site-specific policies, safety and work rules, andOSHA/MSDS
Standards. This individual is also responsible for counting and inspecting products and notifying leadership when t are damages or discrepancies. These associates are accountable for the safe and efficient operation of all equipment and will be expected to perform all duties as assigned. As part of the DSV team, Associates are expected to meetpany objectives in the areas of performance, safety, and quality. Associates are expected toply with all corporate and site-specific policies.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES SBC
Packing Operations:
Perform SBC packing operations in accordance with established procedures and production requirements. Efficiently produce filled SBC product in accordance with visual standards. Perform Flushout/Grade Changes in accordance with production requirements. Maintain ananized work area.Reblend Operations:
Perform blending duties for Dry Blend and Wet Blend operations following all area SJP. Follow blend back campaigns asmunicated from Supervisor. Prepare emptied bags and discard consumed raw materials during blending. Maintain ananized work area.Bulk Operations:
Perform support duties and tasks for Chemours Bulk Operations.Quality & Compliance:
Inspect all SBC bags prior to hanging for defects and contamination. Maintain accurate and legible documentation following area SJP. Ensure accurate application of all labeling and barcodes on bags during filling process. Follow area SJP for SBC Packing and ensurepliance with all visual standards for tray appearance guidelines. on all quality variances.Equipment Inspections:
Inspect all process equipment prior to operation. Inspect blending equipment and product screens prior to blending. Ensure metal detector operation. (Record LPN) Inspect fill tube hoses Inspect scale for product underneath (could affect weight accuracy) Proper documentation and reporting of any issues found during inspections.Inventory & Sampling:
Complete SBC sampling to ensure product quality following sample schedule recipe. Ensure accurate labeling of all SBC product samples. Assist in physical inventories for raw materials. Ensure proper stock rotation for all raw materials.Safety, Housekeeping, and Compliance:
Maintain a clean, neat, orderly work area, and assist in security of the warehouse/production area. Willply with all Standard Operating Procedures, corporate and site-specific policies, safety rules, andOSHA/ MSDS
Standards. Ensurepliance with all DSV Housekeeping and 5s+ policies and procedures. Participates in safety meetings. all safety hazards immediately to supervision.Equipment Operation:
Load, unload, move, stack, and stage product and materials using a forklift, clamp truck, drum attachment, or other power equipment. Maintain the facility's equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion. On a daily basis, inspect and perform minor maintenance on the forklift or other equipment. Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods. Associates must maintain an active forklift certification.Maintenance:
Perform or assist in building, grounds, and equipment maintenance as assigned.OTHER DUTIES
(Site Specific) Change fuel tanks on forklifts as needed: participate in physical inventories; perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking as needed. Repair pallets, when necessary, trailers, and truck bays as requested. maintain the facility to provide a clean, safe work environment. Performs other duties as required.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Education and/or Experience Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED). 6 months experience working in a logistics/distribution/manufacturing/relevant environment. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Professional Designations Satisfactorypletion of a forklift training program(w applicable).SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES
Computer Skills Basicputer skills RF Scanners WMS functions Language Skills English (reading, writing, verbal) Mathematical Skills Basic to intermediate level to verify quantities of product, count inventory, or perform other duties associated with handling, storing, packaging, and distributing client products. Other Strong attention to detail accuracy and aplish job tasks in a timely manner. Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision or guidance. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed. Must be able to effectively adapt to change and thrive in a stimulating, fast-paced work environment. Perform all relevant duties and responsibilities with accuracy and integrity.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 1-2
