General Laborer - Painting Crew Bozeman, MT A locally owned decorative concrete painting and resurfacing company serving residential and commercial clients in the Bozeman area is looking to add to their growing team. Their team specializes in transforming concrete surfaces into beautiful, long-lasting finishes to serve their clients across the Gallatin Valley. As a General Laborer, you will support skilled painters and applicators in preparing, cleaning, painting, and sealing decorative concrete surfaces. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Pay:

$23 to $25/hour, depending on experience

Schedule:

Monday through Thursday - 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Essential Functions and Duties:

Assist in surface preparation including cleaning, grinding, masking, and pressure washing Mix paints, stains, and sealers under supervision Apply coatings using rollers, sprayers, or brushes Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites and work vehicles Assist in cleanup and final walkthroughs of completed jobs Support the lead painter and crew as needed with general labor duties

Qualifications:
