On or before September 30, 2026 Join Our Team Harrington Bottling Company (HC), a proud Pepsi bottler, is looking for a dependable and motivated individual to join our Helena warehouse team as a Full-Time Seasonal Warehouse Truck Loader . In this role, you will play an important part in preparing and loading delivery trucks for next-day routes, ensuring that products are staged accurately and ready to meet customer demand. Every shift brings a sense of accomplishment as you help move the beverages that our community depends on and enjoys. What You'll Do As a Warehouse Truck Loader, your day will involve a variety of active and essential warehouse tasks. You'll work closely with a supportive crew to build and organize orders, load trucks efficiently, and help maintain the flow of goods throughout the warehouse. Responsibilities include loading and unloading delivery trucks and transports, building pallets and carts with product for accurate loading, completing orders for delivery or customer pickup, processing incoming materials, and maintaining organized inventory. You'll also help keep the warehouse clean, safe, and orderly while demonstrating consistent and reliable attendance. This role is physically active and will keep you moving throughout your entire shift. Work Environment & Physical Requirements This position requires regular physical activity, including lifting, carrying, pulling, bending, and squatting. You will navigate the warehouse using hand trucks, pallets, and carts while working with beverage products. The environment is energetic and team-oriented, and safety is always a top priority. HC provides training opportunities, including forklift certification for those interested in expanding their skills. What We're Looking For We are seeking candidates who are at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent. The ideal candidate is reliable, team-focused, and comfortable working in a physically demanding role. You should be able to remain on your feet for extended periods and handle repeated lifting tasks. Strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and the ability to communicate effectively are important for success in this position. Previous experience in a warehouse or beverage environment is helpful, but not required. A willingness to learn, take direction, and contribute positively to the team is what matters most.
