Warehouse Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouse. This role involves physical labor and attention to detail to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and process incoming stock and materials Pick and fill orders from stock based on pick lists or order forms Pack and ship orders accurately and on time Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training may be provided) Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times Assist with loading and unloading trucks Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure workflow efficiency

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs or more) and perform physical labor Basic math and organizational skills Ability to operate or learn to operate warehouse equipment Attention to detail and accuracy Good communication skills and ability to work in a team Flexible schedule and willingness to work overtime or shifts as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

Forklift certification Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software Knowledge of safety regulations in warehouse settings

Work Environment:

Fast-paced warehouse environment Standing, walking, lifting, and bending for extended periods May be exposed to varying temperatures and noise levels

$17.50 - $21.00 per hour
