Job Description
Overview Join our new extension company, Rocky Mountain Janitorial Supply. Rocky Mountain Janitorial Supply opening in April 2025 in response to the need of a local, customer service focused janitorial supply company. RMJS is partnered with Garden City Janitorial, offering a dynamic, expansive and fast paced workplace. With our rapid growth, we need someone who can manage inventory and coordinate closely with the janitorial service side of our businesses. Duties Perform inventory counts of all products and maintain inventory par levels. Checks supply orders to ensure proper products and quantities are pulled. Organize and manage inventory. Collaborate with Garden City Janitorial staff for in-house orders. Able to operate a pallet jack to fill orders and move products in the warehouse. Assist with walk in orders. Provide high level of customer service when interacting with customers Deliver product to customer using company vehicle. Assist in receiving and processing incoming inventory, inspecting products for quality and handling any quality control issues. Qualifications Warehouse and inventory management experience. Have completed or are able to complete machinery operation certification. Able to adhere to employer and government safety regulations. Physical stamina and ability to move and lift heavy objects. Knowledge of Quickbooks sales and POS system. Able to provide upstanding customer service and works in a professional manner both with customers and janitorial office staff. Ability to be a self-starter and take initiative during slow times.
