Minimum Qualifications:

Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting heavy objects and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Able to lift 50 lbs. Basic understanding of safety procedures and willingness to follow safety protocols. Reliable transportation to and from job sites within the United States. Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions from supervisors. Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a general labor or construction role, preferably within the utilities sector. Must possess a valid driver's license. Able to operate light machinery, mowers, trimmers and power tools. Familiarity with basic hand and power tools used in utility maintenance and construction. Basic knowledge of utility infrastructure systems such as water, gas, or electrical lines. Ability to operate light machinery or equipment such as forklifts or skid steers. mowers, and power tools

Responsibilities:

Assist skilled tradespeople and technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of utility infrastructure. Prepare and clean job sites by removing debris, setting up equipment, and ensuring materials are readily available. Mowing, painting, light carpentry, general cleaning, and other various small tasks.. Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently. Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision to support various utility projects. Follow all safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for self and team members. Perform manual labor tasks such as digging trenches, backfilling, and compacting soil as required. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate daily tasks and report any issues.
