We deliver and install kitchen equipment around Asheville and WNC, including exhaust hood systems, walk-in refrigerators, ovens, tables, and everything required to build-out a kitchen. Our deliveries are often to very tight spaces such as commercial kitchens, old buildings, rooves, etc. These very tight spaces can prevent use of material handling equipment, so the ability to lift heavy items and communicate with your team is very important to a successful job. Delivery Responsibilities include delivering, un-crating, and setting equipment in place, as well as removing old equipment. Warehouse Duties for the team include receiving deliveries and maintaining tools, the warehouse inventory, and vehicles. Because we refurbish used restaurant equipment, we clean the used equipment when we receive it. Being able to work on a team as well as self-manage your time are both important qualities for this position. This job requires :
- Clean and valid NC Drivers License
- The ability to safely lift 75-100lbs, manually
- Working schedule of 8AM
- 4:30 PM Monday
- Friday
- Handling large equipment using common sense & safety measures
- General knowledge of tools and material handling equipment
- Good communication skills
- Ability to pass a drug test & background check if requested
