Job Description

Hours:
Excellent full-time schedule, 1st Shift 5 Day work week: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:30pm
Pay:
Hourly pay beginning at $15.00/hour; raises based on merit and performance Rapid Logistics is a growing distribution company. We are looking to hire new warehouse associates to operate in our new building. Our ideal candidates are team-players that are hard-working, detail oriented, and committed to accuracy. Job Responsibilities Small Parcel picking and packing Pull and prep items for direct to consumer orders Maintain product, equipment, and work area in a clean, orderly and safe manner Operate dolly, pallet jack, and/or forklift (if applicable/certified) Use various scanning and WMS technologies as needed Any other duties as assigned by warehouse or general manager Adhere to all standard operating procedures and ensure daily/weekly/monthly performance levels are achieved Strong commitment to safety policies and procedures and ability to promote awareness with team members
