The role We pick, pack, and ship the right products to the right person, as fast as we can! Pick, pack and ship orders in a timely and accurate manner Meeting productivity metrics, such as orders packed per hour Meeting safety standards, such as keeping the warehouse area clean and organized Ensures that all inbound merchandise is inspected and correct as ordered May need to occasionally perform other duties and projects assigned by leadership Ideal qualifications Attention to detail Experience in e-commerce operations or warehousing is a plus Able to learn software needed for packing orders Works from office in Cary Must be able to lift up to 30lbs frequently Maintains safe work environment Flexible and adaptable Passion for running A ChicknLegs super fan - duh If you don't meet every single qualification but are excited about this role, we still encourage you to apply—we value potential and culture fit just as much as experience.
