Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Worker, where your energy and attention to detail will drive our logistics operations forward! In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling inventory, preparing shipments, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. Your proactive approach will ensure smooth order fulfillment, accurate stock management, and seamless distribution processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management systems, equipment operation, and e-commerce logistics while contributing to a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Duties Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to move, load, unload, and organize inventory safely and efficiently Assist with order picking and packing using warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms to ensure accurate order fulfillment Stock shelves, bins, and storage areas while maintaining a clean and organized workspace Prepare shipments by packaging products securely for delivery and verifying shipping labels and documentation Conduct shipping & receiving tasks including inspecting incoming goods and processing outbound orders in compliance with company standards Support inventory control through cycle counts, stock adjustments, and updating records in the warehouse management system Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse distribution processes and improve overall workflow efficiency Requirements Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or similar logistics setting is preferred Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400, RF scanners, and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) software is highly desirable Ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely; forklift certification is a plus Strong basic math skills for counting inventory, measuring packages, and verifying quantities Experience with order picking & packing for e-commerce or retail distribution is beneficial Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures along with familiarity with load & unload operations Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and stock management Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety protocols Join us as a Warehouse Worker where your dedication fuels our success!
