As a Production Team Member, you will operate manufacturing equipment and assemble automatic transmissions and transmission components while maintaining quality and safety standards in a fast-paced production environment. Assemble automotive transmission components on a production line. Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards. Remove finished parts, machine attachments, and waste materials as needed. Safely operate manufacturing equipment. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Report quality or equipment issues to supervisors promptly. Perform repetitive hand and arm movements throughout the shift. Requirements Must be at least 18 years old. Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed. Must successfully pass a background check and drug screen. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, bend, twist, crouch, and perform repetitive movements throughout a 12-hour shift.
