Life:
Follow all safety processes and procedures in alignment with Thermo Fisher Scientific safety protocols Participate in safety training and identify/report potential safety concerns Apply PPI Lean tools such as Daily Management Boards, 5S, Standard Work, and Kaizen to improve efficiency Perform material handling activities including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping materials Conduct receiving inspections and store products in designated locations Pick orders accurately and prepare shipments, including inspection of orders and shipping documentation Complete warehouse tasks such as equipment maintenance, calibration, temperature monitoring, pest control, and housekeeping Follow

Success:
Education:
High school diploma or GED required
Experience:
Preferred:
2+ years of experience in warehousing and material handling
Preferred:
Forklift experience or ability to become certified within 30 days
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Experience with warehouse operations, RF scanning, inventory management, and shipping/receiving Familiarity with logistics scheduling (LTL) and cycle counts HAZMAT shipping/handling experience preferred Dip tube exchange experience preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Basic computer proficiency Ability to work both independently and within a team Physical Requirements /
Work Environment:
Ability to sit, stand, bend, and walk for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to push/pull materials and operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts
