Full Job Description Job Description:
Southeastern Tile Connection, a leading distributor of high-quality tiles, is seeking a reliable, bilingual (not required) and motivated Warehouse Worker to join our team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and maintaining an efficient workflow. Responsibilities to include, but not limited to: Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments of tiles and other related materials Inspect and verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing orders Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling items Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to safely move and stack materials Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular stock checks and reporting any discrepancies Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free from hazards Assist in maintaining a safe working environment by following all safety procedures and protocols Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth warehouse operations
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and clean driving record Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely (valid certification is a plus) Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and inventory management Physical stamina to handle heavy lifting and standing for extended periods Excellent organizational and time management skills Good communication and teamwork abilities Applicant will be required to pass an illicit drug screening & upon hiring, regular drug screenings.
