Job Description Job Summary Warehouse Operator/Material Handler uses a variety of equipment such as forklifts, conveyers, cranes, handcarts, and power trucks to move materials, parts, assemblies and finished products or goods within a plant, office or warehouse. May maintain data records and create KPI's (Key Performance Indicators). Schedule 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm - Monday through Friday (Evening Shift) Qualifications Education High School Diploma preferred Appropriate licenses/training/certifications as needed required Experience Forklift, Reach Truck experience required SAP applications Warehouse, Inventory Management Systems and Inventory Control Systems analytics and methods Knowledge, Abilities and Skills Lean Methodology knowledge preferred Ability to lift 50 pounds without restrictions required Ability to understand instructions Ability to clearly communicate verbally, writing and reading in English Ability to apply experience to complete assignments and to facilitate the work activities of others Ability to interact professionally with management team Availability Be available to work extended hours including weekends and holidays At BD, we prioritize on-site collaboration because we believe it fosters creativity, innovation, and effective problem-solving, which are essential in the fast-paced healthcare industry.
