Job Description
- Only qualified Operator 1 Warehouse Operations candidates located near Four Oaks North Carolina area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence
- Required Education
- High School Diploma or equivalentRequired Certifications
- Forklift certification
- Ability to obtain and maintain required licenses certifications or training as neededRequired Experience
- Zero to one year warehouse experience or related experience and or training
- Minimum six months forklift operating experience required
- Experience in warehouse logistics material handling or manufacturing environments preferred
- Experience operating slip and clamp attachments preferred
- Ability to work in a metrics driven environment
- Experience maintaining records and inventory documentation preferredTech Skills
- Forklift operation experience
- Ability to operate conveyors cranes handcarts and power trucks
- Material handling and warehouse operations knowledge
- Ability to read write interpret and comprehend documents written in English
- Basic math calculation skills

- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Move materials parts assemblies and finished goods throughout the warehouse and facility
- Load unload transport and stage materials as required
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Follow standard operating procedures and quality requirements
- Support warehouse logistics and material management activities
- Complete routine warehouse tasks accurately and efficiently
- Adhere to all safety policies procedures and operational guidelines
- Work effectively with supervisors and team members
- Assist with inventory movement storage and organization of materials
