Position Summary The Warehouse Associate is a key member of the Millwork & Inventory team, supporting daily warehouse, yard, and delivery operations. This role owns the accurate receiving, staging, and movement of materials from supplier to job site, while also assisting with millwork fabrication, inventory accuracy, and safety standards. You'll work alongside the team to keep materials flowing efficiently and the field team supplied with what they need, when they need it. Key Responsibilities Inventory & Material Handling Receive and stock items to the appropriate bins in a timely manner Ensure all received materials are labeled accurately Accurately receive and organize all Fypon materials Ensure materials stored outside are properly covered daily to protect against weather Use RF Smart (handheld inventory system) for proper picking, packing, and staging of materials in the warehouse and yard Pull and stage materials for deliveries in a timely, accurate manner Assist with regular inventory counts to ensure on-hand accuracy Delivery Support Load materials for the delivery team safely and efficiently Complete material fill-ins, returns, and supplementary deliveries as needed Complete standard deliveries to job sites as needed Coordinate with the delivery team and field team to keep schedules on track Millwork Fabrication Support Support the Millwork Fabricator by assisting in the building of millwork items as needed. Assist in maintaining inventory of millwork consumables Ensure millwork consumables are stored correctly and easily located Assist with equipment and tool maintenance as needed Safety & Warehouse Standards Adhere to all OSHA and PHBP safety standards; use safety glasses, hearing protection, and N95 masks as required. Maintain general cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and yard daily. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Fypon storage area Ensure dumpsters and trash receptacles are emptied regularly Ensure all required PPE is maintained, in good condition, and available for use Complete forklift checklists and routine equipment maintenance on schedule Required Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record (MVR) Ability to safely operate a delivery vehicle and follow all traffic laws Forklift experience required; certification preferred (or willingness to be trained and certified) Basic computer literacy, including comfort with email, inventory software, and handheld scanners Ability to safely lift, carry, and handle materials of varying sizes and weights Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Willingness to learn, take ownership, and grow within the role Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in a warehouse, yard, distribution, or construction-related environment Familiarity with RF Smart or similar handheld inventory scanners (training provided) Experience handling building or construction materials Basic carpentry or millwork familiarity Physical Requirements & Work Environment Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and climb for the duration of an 8-hour shift Work is performed in a warehouse and yard setting with exposure to varying temperatures, dust, and noise Regular use of warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand tools Driving required to support job site deliveries PPE (safety glasses, hearing protection, N95 mask, work boots) required in designated areas Please see the link to our DISC assessment.
