Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 3:50

PM Pay:

$19-20/hr Our client. is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to support daily warehouse and production operations at our custom metal building panel manufacturing facility in Gastonia, NC. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active throughout the day, operating forklifts, and being a key part of keeping production and shipping operations running smoothly. Candidates should be safety-focused, organized, and willing to assist across multiple areas of the operation as needed.

• Responsibilities
• Safely operate forklifts to move materials and finished products Load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks Verify shipments and assist with inventory checks and material tracking Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy Maintain organized warehouse and staging areas Assist production team with general labor and support tasks as needed Ensure all work is completed accurately and safely Follow company procedures and maintain a clean work environment •Qualifications•Previous forklift experience required Inventory tracking Construction experience a plus Shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to lift, move, and handle materials in an industrial environment Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to help where needed Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Manufacturing or metal industry experience is a plus •What We're Looking For•We're looking for someone who takes pride in doing things the right way, communicates well with the team, and can adapt to changing daily priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
