Friday Location:
Mills River, NC About the Role PrideStaff is partnering with a growing distribution team in Mills River to find a dedicated 2nd Shift Order Selector. In this full-time role, you will safely operate equipment to pick orders, load product, and keep warehouse operations running smoothly.
What You Will Do Order Picking & Loading:
Use loading equipment to accurately acknowledge and pick orders, and load products according to the proper date sequence.
Equipment Operation & Safety:
Perform daily equipment inspections, observe safe operating practices
Facility Maintenance:
Maintain plant sanitation standards by completing daily and monthly cleaning logs, opening bay doors, and keeping your work areas neat. What You Will Bring If you have these skills and characteristics, we want to hear from you!
Equipment & Physical Stamina:
The ability to learn to use a forklift and pallet jack, with the strength to lift 20 to 40 lbs. consistently and up to 60 lbs. occasionally.
Safety & Detail Focus:
A commitment to following safety programs (including PPE and truck-chocking protocols) and accurately entering data into daily cleaning logs.
Professional Dependability:
