Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate and become an essential part of our fast-paced distribution environment! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth warehouse operations. Your energy and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers and maintain a well-organized, productive warehouse. Key Responsibilities Assemble mechanical and electrical components for frozen dessert equipment. Read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, work instructions, and bills of materials. Use hand tools, power tools, torque tools, and testing equipment. Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting on completed units. Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet safety and performance standards. Document test results, assembly records, and production data. Identify defects and work with supervisors or engineers to resolve issues. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow company quality procedures and safety regulations. Assist with continuous improvement and process optimization efforts. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Experience in mechanical or electrical assembly preferred. Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings. Familiarity with hand tools, measuring instruments, and testing equipment. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Desired Skills Mechanical aptitude. Electrical wiring and component assembly. Quality control and inspection. Attention to detail. Time management and teamwork. Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience. Typical Work Environment Manufacturing or production facility. Standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive assembly work. Use of PPE and adherence to safety procedures. Fast-paced production environment with quality and productivity targets.
