General Laborer Job Description We are seeking a dedicated General Laborer to join our team on the Folding Floor. This role involves product inspections, folding, and operating a horizontal wrapping machine. It is a physically demanding position that requires teamwork and the ability to manage large deck sheets efficiently. Responsibilities Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met. Fold products accurately and efficiently. Operate a horizontal wrapping machine with precision. Collaborate with a team to handle large deck sheets. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Essential Skills Experience in production, general labor, and assembly. Proficiency in machine operation and warehouse tasks. Ability to perform inspections and ensure product quality. Additional Skills & Qualifications Decent tenure and a reliable attendance record are crucial. Experience in general production is advantageous. Although non-climate controlled, large ceiling fans are installed to ensure comfort. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kernersville, NC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
