Material Handler / Box Builder (Part-Time) Day Shift | 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Get Your Foot in the Door with a Growing Company! We're seeking dependable, safety-focused individuals to join our team as Material Handlers / Box Builders . This is a great opportunity to gain experience with a respected manufacturing operation while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. What You'll Do Build, line, pack, and prepare boxes for production, storage, and shipment Inspect products to ensure quality and compliance standards are met Stage and organize completed boxes for storage or shipment Monitor and document production information as required Maintain accurate counts and inventory records Assist with material movement and replenishment throughout the facility Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Follow all safety procedures and company policies Report equipment issues or malfunctions to maintenance and management Work Environment Climate-controlled manufacturing environment Exposure to tobacco and menthol odors Fast-paced production setting Work around automated vehicles and equipment May work in tight or congested areas Strong focus on teamwork, safety, and attention to detail Equipment & Tools Used Forklift RF Scanner Computer Packing Tables Tape Dispensers Box Cutters Pallet Jacks Aerial Lift (JLG) Bander Air Wand Brooms and Shovels Qualifications Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and stand for extended periods Comfortable using an RF scanner for inventory tracking Basic computer and data entry skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic math skills for counting, weighing, and recording materials Ability to work safely while wearing required
