Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and physically capable Loader to join our warehouse team. This role focuses on the accurate and efficient loading of freight onto trucks and trailers, ensuring shipments are properly secured and prepared for transport. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to perform consistently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Load freight, products, and materials onto trucks and trailers safely and efficiently Secure loads to prevent shifting or damage during transportation Organize and stage items for timely shipment Verify order accuracy before loading Inspect freight for visible damage and proper labeling Operate pallet jacks and other loading equipment Maintain a clean and organized loading area Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines Collaborate with warehouse staff and drivers to meet dispatch schedules Qualifications Previous warehouse or loading experience preferred Ability to lift and move heavy materials throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment Forklift experience or certification is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Stable schedule with consistent hours Supportive and professional team environment Opportunities for advancement On-the-job training Work Environment Warehouse setting with regular physical activity including lifting, carrying, and loading freight.
