Position Overview The Warehouse Fulfillment Associate is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring customers receive the correct products on time and in excellent condition. Why Blue Valley Cabinets? Full Time Paid Time Off Independent Work & Team Collaboration Career Development & Advancement Opportunities Key Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment based on fulfillment tickets Verify product accuracy and inspect items for damage or defects Label packages and prepare shipping documentation Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand carts, or forklifts Maintain inventory accuracy through proper counting and documentation Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED preferred Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics experience a plus Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods Basic computer or handheld scanner skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good time management and organizational skills Willingness to work flexible schedules, including overtime if required Work Environment Fast-paced warehouse setting May involve temperature variations (heat or cold) Required use of safety equipment such as gloves, vests, or steel-toe footwear ```
