This position plays an essential role in both warehouse and delivery operations, ensuring that furniture is received, organized, prepared, and delivered with the highest standards of service. Final placement will be determined at the time of offer based on business need and candidate fit . The ideal candidate is hard-working, dependable, and eager to grow. At Custom Home Furniture, we believe in career progression and promoting from within —many of our supervisory and Leadership roles begin in the warehouse and delivery departments. Key Responsibilities As an All Purpose Associate , your work will support every stage of our warehouse and delivery process, including: Receiving, unloading, and safely storing incoming freight. Inspecting merchandise and preparing items for delivery. Loading trucks for daily delivery routes.

Assisting white-glove delivery teams with:

Transporting furniture into customers' homes. Setting up and assembling items in the correct spaces. Completing client walk-throughs and ensuring a positive final impression. Communicating with the Customer Service team regarding delivery updates or issues. Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment. Supporting inventory control and general operational needs as assigned. Qualifications Must be able to lift 150+ lbs. (with a partner for most items). Comfortable with extended standing, crouching, kneeling, and physical movement. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Reliable transportation and consistent attendance. Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills. Previous warehouse, logistics, or delivery experience preferred. Applicants must be willing to submit to a background check.

Compensation & Benefits Compensation:

$13.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Schedule :

Full-time position with a stable, set schedule. Work hours are predetermined for each location and will be confirmed during the hiring process.
