POSITION SUMMARY

Material Handler - Fulfillment -
Hourly Reports To:
Fulfillment Supervisor
GENERAL SUMMARY
The Material Handler in the Fulfillment Department is responsible for moving, organizing, and preparing finished products for shipment, as well as maintaining adequate stock levels of components along the fulfillment lines. This role ensures accurate handling of materials, proper packaging, and timely delivery to support overall production and customer satisfaction.
EXPERIENCE OR TRAINING REQUIRED OR PREFERRED
  • Previous experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling preferred
  • Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, standup lifts, and pallet jacks.
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
LICENSE OR CERTIFICATE REQUIRED
Forklift Certification
ESSENTAIL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Transport finished goods from fulfillment areas to the shipping department
  • Organize and stage materials for packaging and shipment
  • Verify product quantities, labels, and packaging specifications for accuracy
  • Assist with packing, labeling, and palletizing finished goods
  • Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks (if certified)
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
JOB EXPECTATIONS
  • Enhance production efficiency by ensuring the timely movement and availability of required materials.
  • Maintain a high standard of housekeeping, ensuring products are well-organized and stored to facilitate efficient handling and accessibility.
  • Ensure full compliance with all required documentation standards and accurate recording of production activities.
  • Maintain safe working practices.

Pay:
From $16.00 per hour
