Job Description
Full-Time | Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Overtime Available as Needed Looking for a stable, hands-on role with a long weekend every week? Join our team and enjoy a consistent Monday-Thursday schedule while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment. We're seeking dependable individuals who take pride in their work and want to be part of a company that values safety, efficiency, and teamwork. What You'll Do Remove (shake/punch out) metal parts from sheet metal after laser cutting Sort and dispose of scrap metal properly Load finished parts onto pallets and transport materials using a pallet jack Occasionally operate power tools such as grinders Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe Follow safety procedures and wear the provided PPE Work closely with team members to keep production moving efficiently Assist in other areas as needed What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED Sheet metal experience is a plus (but not required) Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail and solid work ethic Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime when needed Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Work Environment & Physical Requirements Manufacturing setting with occasional loud noise Humidity levels may increase during the summer months Must be able to frequently lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per shift
